We are looking for a Development Specialist Consultant to join our hospitality consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will manage hotel development projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards. You will assess site potential, oversee design and construction, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate site feasibility and potential for development
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Provide regular progress reports to clients
Skills/Experience
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hotel development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
