First Step
When we started our company, we did not know how far we would go or if we would even last a few years. We knew that we had the unique ability to offer a service that no one else was providing, and that belief in our innovation drove us forward.

First Publication
This was a significant moment for Hospitality Associates International as we cemented our growing stability and simultaneous expansion. It was during this period that we launched the inaugural issue of Hotels Africa Magazine, a clear signal of our unwavering commitment to the industry and our enduring presence.

First Project
By this time, we had established ourselves as a leading force within the industry. This reputation led to us being entrusted as Lead Consultants for a 4-star resort development in Southwestern Uganda. Under our expert guidance, the project included luxury cottages, conference facilities, a wellness center, and a museum.

First Partnership
We are honored to have been appointed exclusive representatives of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in East Africa. In this role, we are entrusted with distributing their educational resources and, importantly, promoting their distance and online learning programs. This responsibility underscores the trust the institute has placed in us.

First Subsidiary
As we integrated new technology into our service delivery, it became essential to support our clients in their journey towards growth and innovation. This inspired the creation of Sarabi Tech LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAI, dedicated to providing affordable cloud-based solutions that empower African tourism businesses to automate and streamline their operations.

Our company has grown and expanded vastly over the past 15+ years. This growth has attracted partners whose aspirations and ambitions mirror our own. This alignment has led to the partnership with CCA International Ltd. Appointed as the representative for CCA International Ltd in Africa, we are confident in our shared vision and look forward to overseeing the expansion of their three brands into the African market.
