We are seeking a Spa & Wellness Consultant to join our hospitality consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement spa and wellness concepts for luxury hotels and resorts, playing a pivotal role in creating innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to develop bespoke wellness programs, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement spa and wellness concepts
- Conduct market research and trend analysis
- Oversee spa operations and staff training
- Create wellness programs and treatment menus
- Advise on the design and layout of spa facilities
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in spa and wellness consulting
- Strong knowledge of wellness trends and spa operations
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to create innovative and client-focused wellness solutions
