Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our hospitality consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making for hotel development projects, acquisitions, and operational audits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support client objectives.

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and forecasting
- Analyze investment opportunities and risks
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Assist in feasibility studies and valuations
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
