First Project
By this time, we had established ourselves as a leading force within the industry. This reputation led to us being entrusted as Lead Consultants for a 4-star resort development in Southwestern Uganda. Under our expert guidance, the project included luxury cottages, conference facilities, a wellness center, and a museum.

First Partnership
We are honored to have been appointed exclusive representatives of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in East Africa. In this role, we are entrusted with distributing their educational resources and, importantly, promoting their distance and online learning programs. This responsibility underscores the trust the institute has placed in us.

First Subsidiary
As we integrated new technology into our service delivery, supporting our clients in their journey toward growth and innovation became essential. This inspired the creation of Sarabi Tech LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAI, dedicated to providing affordable cloud-based solutions that empower African tourism businesses to automate and streamline their operations.
